1packageOf tortellini
1tbspExtra virgin olive oil
2clovesOf garlic minced
¼tspSalt
½cupHeavy cream
¼tspBlack pepper
¼cupParmesan cheese
¼cupFresh peas
5tbspUnsalted butter

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant and golden brown.
Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook the sauce for another 2-3 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
Add the cooked cheese tortellini to the skillet and toss gently to coat the pasta with the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the tortellini is heated through.
Add the fresh peas and cheese to the skillet and mix gently to coat the pasta with the garlic butter sauce, cheese and peas. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese have melted and the peas are done!
Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with rosemary & oregano
