1cupChicken broth
1tspDried Italian seasoning
½tspSalt
¼tspBlack pepper

Instructions
Start by cooking the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Allow it to reduce for about 5 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and dried Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and add it back to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken with the creamy garlic sauce.
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Remove from heat and serve the creamy garlic chicken pasta hot. Garnish with chopped parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Tips for cooking the perfect creamy garlic chicken pasta
Make sure to cook the pasta until it is al dente, as it will continue to cook slightly when added to the sauce.
To save time, you can use pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken instead of cooking the chicken breasts from scratch.
For a lighter version, you can substitute half-and-half or milk for the heavy cream.
Feel free to add other ingredients such as mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes to enhance the flavor and texture of the dish.
If you prefer a stronger garlic flavor, you can increase the amount of minced garlic used in the recipe.
