Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot, peeled and julienned
  • 1 Cucumber, seeded and julienned
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine the daikon radish, carrot, and cucumber.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
