Mix all ingredients and rub it over the London broil and let sit for a few hours in the fridge (It's great if you could do this ahead of time); I usually do 2 to 3 hours!
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (If you are using a conventional oven please use High broil)
Once the grill is hot, lightly oil the grates to prevent the meat from sticking.
Remove the London broil from the marinade
Place the London broil directly on the preheated grill grates at a 45-degree angle to create those classic grill marks.
Close the grill and cook the meat for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.
Be cautious not to overcook the meat, as it may become tough and lose its tenderness.
Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature of the meat.
For medium-rare, the thermometer should read around 135°F (57°C), while medium doneness is around 145°F (63°C).
Once the London broil reaches the desired doneness, transfer it to a cutting board and let it rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.
This resting period allows the juices to redistribute within the meat, resulting in a more flavorful and tender final product.
Enjoy!
