Gather Your Ingredients: You will need tapioca flour, cheese, milk, eggs, and salt. Make sure to have all the ingredients measured and ready to use.
Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dough: In a saucepan, heat the milk and oil over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the flour. Stir until well combined.
Add the Cheese: Grate the cheese and add it to the dough. Mix well until the cheese is evenly distributed. (Including additional spice you are using i.e garlic powder[Optional])
Add the Eggs: Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the dough. Mix until the dough becomes sticky and forms a ball.
Shape the Dough: With lightly greased hands, take small portions of the dough and shape them into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
Bake the Bread: Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Enjoy: Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Brazilian cheese bread is best enjoyed warm. Serve as a snack or as a side to your favorite Brazilian dish.
