Tips for Cooking Steak Bites Couscous

Here are a few tips to ensure your Steak Bites Couscous turns out perfectly every time:
  1. Let the steak bites come to room temperature before cooking to ensure even cooking and a tender result.
  2. Make sure your skillet is hot before adding the steak bites to achieve a delicious caramelized crust.
  3. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the steak. For medium-rare, the temperature should register around 135°F (57°C).
  4. Fluff the couscous immediately after cooking to prevent clumping and ensure light and fluffy grains.
  5. Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences. Add more salt, pepper, or spices if desired.
