Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye Steaks
  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
  • Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper
  • Grill the steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare
  • In a skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Toss the asparagus in the garlic butter mixture and grill for 4-6 minutes until tender-crisp
  • Serve the grilled ribeye steaks with the garlic butter asparagus on the side

Ingredients: – 2 filet mignon steaks – 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced – 2 tablespoons of butter – 2 garlic cloves, minced – Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: – Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. – Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper. – Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. – Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest. – In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic.
